EEMUA 145 Composite Flanges Pressure And Temperature Ratings

EEMUA 145 Composite Flange Pressure and temperature ratings are the max. allowable MAWP (working pressures) at the temp. shown in Appendix B. If a stub end rated at 16 bar is required to be connected to a stub end rated at 20 bar then that flanged joint shall be rated at 16 bar.

Gaskets For EEMUA 145 Flange

EEMUA 145 Flange gaskets shall not be graphited. Alternatively neoprene type gasket with a min. Shore hardness of not less than 75 may be used located within the bolt circle (B.C.).

Not: EEMUA 145 Flange Gaskets should not be used when mating with elastomer and rubber faced flange.

EEMUA 145 Flange Bolting

Bolting for EEMUA 145 Flange to this Specification shall be selected from ASTM A194-2H(27) and ASTM A193-B7 and should be suitably protected from corrosion.
