Vishal Steel started Manufacturing in 2000 with a team of 30 experienced professionals and now we have total strength of more than 150 employees including Fabricators,engineers,Technicians and consultants of Forged steel fittings & flanges
We have Two Factories and workshop in India, One at Dahisar,Thane,Mumbai and 2nd is in Rakhial, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Welding And Cutting
All welding methods, automatic and manual, is used in our workshop in order to guarantee zero defects joints with stainless steel, carbon steel and special materials.
Forging
A very long experience in forging processes of special materials and a large variety of forming dies has made Vishal Steel a world leader company in this field.
Heat treatment
Vishal Steel have a large cooling pool with a length of 10 meters and a depth of 4 meters is available, close to the main furnace, for quenching and tempering.
Machining
More than 15 boring machines are available in our workshop in order to bevel the end of elbows/ tee/ reducers/ stub ends/ caps and pipes with diameters up to 104''.
Testing
Accurate testing is taken both during and at the end of the process. Vishal Steel operates following international codes and specific customer requests.
